Our Timings

Our nursery operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.

Funding Options – Term Time Only

Term-Time Offer (38 Weeks Per Year)

Families choosing the term-time model may select one of the following options:

Option 1: Full Days – 3 Days per Week

  • Time: 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • Total: 30 funded hours per week

  • Time: 8:00am – 01:00pm or 01:00pm - 06:00pm

  • Total: 15 funded hours per week*

    *These are the only options available for 15 hours per week for term-time only

Option 2: AM Sessions – 5 Days per Week

  • Time: 8:00am – 2:00pm

  • Total: 30 funded hours per week

Option 3: PM Sessions – 5 Days per Week

(For children aged 2.5+ only)

  • Time: 11:30am – 5:30pm

  • Total: 30 funded hours per week

Please ensure children arrive on time, as lunch is served promptly at 11:30am. A packed lunch must be provided, or a lunch fee will apply.

This session is recommended for older children who no longer require a morning nap.

Funding Options – Stretched Offer

Stretched All-Year-Round Offer (52 Weeks Per Year)

Please be aware:
For families accessing the 15 hours stretched offer, this equates to 10 funded hours per week over 50 weeks of the year.

These hours can be taken as either:

  • One full day: 8:00am – 6:00pm

    or

  • Two sessions:

  • 8:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 6:00pm

For families who prefer to spread their funding across the year (equivalent to 22 funded hours per week), the following options are available:

Option A: Morning Sessions – 3 Days per Week

  • Time: 8:00am – 3:30pm

  • Total: 22 funded hours per week

Option B: Afternoon Sessions – 3 Days per Week

  • Time: 11:00am – 6:00pm

  • Total: 22 funded hours per week

Children must arrive by 11:15am, as lunch is served at 11:30am.
A packed lunch must be provided, or a lunch fee will apply.

Option C: Full Days – 2 Days per Week

  • Time: 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • Total: 20 hours per week

This will be rounded up to the full 22 funded hours for simplicity and to support working families.

Two fixed days per week will be agreed at the start of each term.

Important Notes

  • Funded hours must be used in full session blocks as listed above

  • Sessions are fixed and cannot be swapped or split across different days or times

  • Any hours used outside funded sessions will be charged at our standard hourly rate

  • Funded sessions are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis
