  • Deputy Nursery Manager

    Hours: Full-time (Mon – Fri)
    Pay: £15.50 – £16.50 per hour (based on experience)
    Qualification: Level 3 or above in Early Years Education

    About the Role
    We’re seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in leading our setting.
    You’ll guide and motivate staff, uphold high EYFS standards, and ensure every child receives exceptional care and learning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support and supervise practitioners across all rooms

    • Lead by example with excellent EYFS practice

    • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards

    • Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues

    • Confidently take charge in the Manager’s absence

    Requirements
    - Full & relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher)
    - Minimum 2 years’ nursery experience
    - Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
    - Excellent leadership and communication skills

    Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)

    Hours: Full-time or Part-time
    Pay: £13.75 per hour
    Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator

    About the Role
    As a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll nurture curiosity and learning through play.
    You’ll plan engaging activities, observe development, and work closely with parents to celebrate every milestone.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver fun, play-based learning experiences

    • Support key children’s progress and next steps

    • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment

    • Collaborate with colleagues and families

    Requirements
    - Full & relevant Level 3 qualification
    - Genuine passion for child development
    - Team player with strong communication skills
    - Reliable and professional
